Crocosmia grow well in well drained soil in full sun, although they can tolerate some partial shade. Soil must be well drained as Crocosmia grow from little bulbs called ‘corms’ and these can rot if standing in water, especially during winter months. Do not be tempted to cut back foliage after flowering – leave to die back naturally.
