Papaver or Poppies are some of the most colourful and easy to grow flowers for your garden. ‘Champagne Bubbles’ is a short-lived perennial that flowers on and off for over six months. Delicate, cup-shaped flowers in shades of orange, pink, red, white and yellow appear on this compact plant from late spring and are attractive to birds, bees and butterflies. Although short-lived if you would like Poppies if your garden year-after-year allow some of the flowers to fade and self-seed at the end of the season.

Description

Icelandic Poppies like plenty of sunshine. They grow well in most light, well-drained soils but until established they require watering on a weekly basis or when the first one to two inches of soil becomes dry. Remove dead flower stems to prolong flowering, but leave a few at the end of the season if you would like your Poppies to self-seed for the following year.
